HIT AND RUN: We need your help in solving a hit and run death. On July 6, 2007 about 8;45 pm. a 43 year old male was hit on the bridge on Airways Blvd. near Nail Rd. by possibly a maroon Mercury Villager or Nissan Quest. along with crime stopper reward the family is offering a reward too. Double Murder [Cold Case]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers and the Desoto County Sheriff's Department need your help in solving this crime. On January 15, 1995, at approximately 9:45am, George Taylor and his wife June Taylor were found shot to death in their home at 6880 Black Thorn Drive in Walls Mississippi. This case has never been solved.

Burglary [03/17/06]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers and the Desoto County Sheriff's Department need your help in solving this crime. Sometime between 9:00pm March, 17th and 7:30am March 18th 2006, several vehicles were burglarized in the Bridgetown subdivision and the West Wind Drive area in Nesbit. Items taken from the vehicles included Electronics, money, CD's and other miscellaneous items. Witnesses saw three males of unknown ages traveling east on Los Padres Drive about midnight. The only description was one male had on a dark hooded jacket.

Armed Robbery [01/23/06]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers and the Desoto County Sheriff's Department need your help in solving this crime. On January 23,2006 at approximately 10:22am, an unknown black male in his later 20s to mid 30s, 6' 2'' to 6'5'', thin build with short black hair wearing a navy colored coat blue jeans and blue scarf, entered the Dollar General Store located at 5924 Stateline Road and brandished a hand gun demanding money. He directed the store manager to give him the money from the safe as well as the cash register. He then ordered the manager to the back of the store and he fled in unknown direction.

Theft [02/04/06]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers and the Desoto County Sheriff's Department need your help in finding two (2) four wheelers stolen from 7320 Hamilton Circle North in Olive Branch on February 4, 2006. One was a 2005 Honda Recon with about 75 miles on it, purchased in November 2005. The other was 2005 a Honda Rincon 650 with 12 miles on it. A Honda pressure washer was also stolen at that time. The owner will pay a reward for the return of the 4-Wheelers.

Robbery [10/03/05]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers and the Desoto County Sheriffs Department need your help in solving a strong-arm robbery on Highway 61. On Monday, October 3, 2005, Mr. Jerry Williams of Memphis was traveling South on Hwy. 61 when his car ran out of gas and he pulled over to the side of the roadway about 3/4 of a mile South of Church road. A late model gray or silver car pulled up behind him and and the driver, a large black male, offered to take him to the gas station. Instead, the driver turned and went back to Church Road, turned East, stopped in a field, got out and told Mr. Williams to turn all his pockets wrong side out or he would kill him. The suspect took $500.00 dollars in cash, 2 Visa cards, 1 Master Card, then told Mr. Williams to start running.

Shooting [10/07/05]: Desoto County Crime Stoppers needs your help in arresting the person or persons responsible for the shooting of a high powered rifle into a house at 6709 Tangleberry in Walls Mississippi (Lake Forrest subdivision) on October 7, 2005 around 3:00am.

Robbery [09/06/05]: The Desoto County Crime Stoppers is offering a reward for information leading to the arrest of two people that robbed J&J liquor Store at 4857 Goodman Road, Olive Branch Mississippi. About 9:05pm Sept 6, 2005, a white female entered the store looked around, bought a couple items, and left. A black male then entered with a black hand gun and robbed the clerk. He left and the same white female ran back in got her keys that she left on the counter.

* SOLVED * - Burglary: The home at 341 Robertson Road was burglarized on Wednesday, August 10, 2005 around 3:00pm. A tan Ford Ranger was spotted in the driveway the afternoon of the burglary. Several Guns, Jewelry and other items were taken.
